The Empty Green by Mikko Kelloniemi.

This exhibition was a study of the self: identity, memory, self-image and subjectivity. The brief in this work was to create a subtle backdrop for an installation of video screens and other objects, as the audience reflects on memory in the pre-and post digital age. This soundscape for art installation was created using the audio component of videos captured on an old Nokia phone. These were treated and manipulated as per the brief by the artist. Additional sonic layers were then added with synthesized sounds.

Working with Joseph James Francis was inspirational. The creative journey we did together got me thinking audio in a new way. Joseph worked with me creating a profound and rich sound piece for my exhibition. I truly enjoyed our journey together and hope to be working with him again soon.
